Seneca Peak started with a simple question: what would happen if we combined Kimberly’s passion for photography with Michael’s love for technology and precise, detail-oriented engineering?

Kimberly sees a home the way a buyer will: where the light falls, which angle makes a room feel open, and when the sky turns gold behind the ridge. Michael sees systems, and the small details that make them reliable every time.
